Well, a software security suite is only as good as the help it offers when it gets broken. Thus far, I've been disappointed in bitdefender's help with my issues and while it worked (when it did), I was left for dead by their support.

I liked the way Bitdefender identified my home network and made managing updates/scanning simple. However, when faced with the sole problem of being unable to install their product (after a previous uninstallation of the same product), I've lost my faith.

BitDefender Internet Security is really a very good security suite, I have this suite for a lot of time and upgraded every year for free to a new version. I had norton IS before buying bitdefender IS, it seems that norton skipped some viruses because right after installing BitDefender it detected a lot of viruses.

Hey Robert! It's been a long while. Haven't been to autos at the world yet. Hope you are keeping sane. I actually went with bitdefender and I'm doing the trial version. I've used Avast on my desktop and I wasn't too fond of it. Life is crazy, but I'm adjusting to it. We should definitely touch bases sometime.

Hey Jane, It's me Robert from Urbauer lab, I use Avast antivirus, it is completely free and works GREAT, it found stuff in 30 seconds that norton never told me I had. You download it and it has a 30 day trial, at the end of the 30 days, you register it, you just put in your name, city, and email address and they email you the registration key at no charge!! I have been using it for about 9 months now and have no complaints. Just wanted to let you know about it.

How are things going by the way??
