However, I merely use that service to back up my contacts/tasks/appointments. Nothing majorly critical is being backed up. I do know that my connections to their server are ssl-protected. They don't go into detail on how they protect clients' information, but I'm presuming that they have a standard in place because this is their livelihood. It's a valid point though. It doesn't help my case much that i am using their service for free ergo they may not be as secure with my data as they would a paying customer. That’s right.
